SCACLI (Sea Cargo Air Cargo Logistics Inc.) are new members in Canada! Specialists in handling large project logistics and with recommendations from current PCN members, the company was established in 2005 and their headquarters are in Toronto with additional offices in Quebec and Vancouver. President, Laurent Montignon states... "we have heard good things about PCN are we are keen to become an active member in the network."

SCACLI are currently handling a large ongoing project to Kuwait for the Lower Fars Heavy Oil Project. Every single component for the project has been shipped to the site (pictured above) under the management of SCACLI with various origins including Canada, the USA, South America, China, Korea, the UK, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Kuwait and the UAE. Laurent explains; "The number of transactions to date totals 176 with a total shipped weight of 2,166,241kg. The Lower Fars Project aims to extract heavy oils from the field located in the Northern Part of Kuwait and the design, manufacturing and engineering are of Canadian origins. This is the first heavy oil project in Kuwait and the biggest upstream project in the Middle East. The total project value reaches $7bn and is being developed in phases with the first phase expected to start in 2019 with a production rate of 60,000 barrels of oil per day."
