PROLOG India is proud to announce the successful execution of a record-breaking 24,000frt shipment loaded entirely on a single vessel and moved seamlessly from China to India.

The extraordinary movement involved 756 units of diverse dimensions and critical industrial components, each demanding a precise handling strategy. Among the highlights were 2 units of 48mt, 8 units of 44mt, 2 units of 38mt, and 2 units of 32mt, along with 6 units measuring 40m and 4 units at 32m in length.

The combination of extreme weight, extended length, and volumetric density made this operation one of the most complex logistics challenges in the PROLOG India project portfolio.

The success of the project began long before the cargo reached the port. PROLOG India's engineering team conducted a comprehensive feasibility study, followed by detailed lifting plans, structural load assessments, stowage optimisation, and lashing calculations. Every unit was mapped with millimetre-level precision to ensure safe loading without compromising vessel stability.

At the port, the PROLOG India team worked around the clock with surveyors, vessel owners, and terminal operators to execute simultaneous heavy-lift operations with absolute synchronicity. Close attention was paid to weather windows, crane outreach, deck strength distribution, and securing methods, which all contributed to a flawless loading cycle.

The vessel arrived in India carrying nearly 24,000frt of critical project cargo and discharge operations were completed with the same engineering discipline and safety-first approach.
