Polaris Projects with Construction Equipment Project in Jebel Ali

Polaris Shipping Agencies report a project involving construction equipment arriving from multiple origins to Jebel Ali for storage and distribution.
The project involved around 4,500 cbm of used rock trucks, backhoes and pipelayers.
The Project department at Polaris covered a wide scope of work including:
- Receiving the units on a FAS (Free Alongside Ship) basis at UAE ports
- Water wash cleaning
- Conducting quality checks
- Reassembling dismantled accessories
- Performing necessary repairs
- All associated logistics activities
"We also facilitated physical inspections of the stored units for potential buyers. Once a sale is finalised, the units will be shipped to prospective buyers under Polaris’ contract."
