PCN 15th Anniversary Celebration & Conference in London

29th October 2025

PCN 15th Anniversary Celebration & Conference in London
PCN 15th Anniversary Celebration & Conference in London

Project Cargo Network (PCN) celebrated its 15th anniversary in true style with a three-day event at the Park Plaza Victoria in London, bringing together over 200 delegates from across the globe.

The purpose was clear – to reconnect, strengthen relationships, and turn conversations into meaningful business opportunities among PCN members.

A Return to Our Roots

London, where PCN’s story began, was the perfect setting for this milestone occasion. The central location gave delegates easy access to Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and the capital’s famous dining and arts scene.

The event began on Sunday with an optional London Highlights Tour followed by a fun-filled Welcome Games & Dinner, where delegates relaxed playing the casino tables, shuffleboards, and caricaturists, the ideal icebreaker ahead of the busy days to come. See photos.

Monday saw the start of focused 1-2-1 meetings, followed by a spectacular 15th Anniversary Dinner at the Underglobe beneath Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. Guests were welcomed to a truly magical venue, where the evening included several surprises including two Shakespearean actors who delighted guests with a three-part “Lovers’ Tiff” between courses. Before the night ended with dancing to an incredible Ibiza-style saxophonist, a special visit and short speech was made from long-time supporter Didier Wirtz, who flew in from Belgium especially for the occasion.

Tuesday continued with more productive 1-2-1 sessions and wrapped up with a relaxed Farewell Evening at The Hawk’s Nest, where guests enjoyed live music, sourdough pizzas, cocktails, and donuts — the perfect close to three unforgettable days. See photos.

It was indeed good to see our old friends and make new ones. Congratulations to Rachel n team for a great event. PCN has been a journey not just on business....friendship in logistics. A lifetime of friendship. God bless all. Stay safe and healthy. See you next year. Puvaneaish - Kagayaku Logistics

Beyond the celebrations

The event was a powerful reminder of PCN’s greatest strength: its people. In an age of digital communication, the value of face-to-face interaction was clear, helping build trust, speed up decision-making, and spark new business for member companies. See photos

Thank you, PCN, for the invitation and the fantastic organization of the 15th Summit. I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity and especially for the incredible people I met during the event. Each conversation and connection made it a truly inspiring experience. Fabio Falcon Campos - Rex Cargo

During the event, Founder and CEO Rachel Crawford shared some heartfelt words:

“Handling project cargo isn’t for the faint-hearted, it takes precision, teamwork, and commitment. You face complex challenges every day and still find a way to deliver. You are the world’s best problem-solvers, and that’s what sets you apart.”

Rachel also shared how PCN came to life: “I started my first freight network – Universal Freight Organisation – 25 years ago. When it reached its 10th year, one of our members encouraged me to consider launching a new network focused solely on heavy lift and project cargo. Within a month, PCN was born. Our first six members joined right away, and demand was so high we held our first meeting within a year, right here in London! Over 80% of members came, and from there, the network has grown steadily to become the largest specialist network in the world.

Over the years, we’ve seen countless friendships form, people from every corner of the globe coming together and building lasting relationships. That’s what makes this work so rewarding.”
