InterMax Deliver Shore Ship Loader to Indonesia

PCN member in Taiwan, InterMax Logistics Solution have recently delivered a shore ship loader to Indonesia. The project was handled for one of the largest fertilizer manufacturers in Indonesia and the ship loader will be used for loading bulk solid material like iron and coal.
The cargo consisted of 48 pieces totalling 265tns / 2,900cbm. The heaviest piece weighed 68tns and the longest piece was 25m.
Ashley Kwan of the Oversea Marketing Department at InterMax explains; "We arranged for two flatbed barges on the Yangtze River to pick up the cargo from Nantong for a sea-river connection at Shanghai Port where it was transferred to the ocean vessel ready to sail to Bontang, Indonesia. InterMax deployed our own experienced specialists to supervise and manage the entire process including the loading, sea-river connection and unloading in Indonesia. The cargo was successfully and safely delivered with a happy and satisfied client!"
