EZ Link Transport Heavy Transformers from Taiwan to USA

EZ Link are glad to share their recent handling of transformers shipped by heavy lift vessel from Taichung Port in Taiwan to Portland (OR) in the USA.
The EZ Link project team handed two sets of transformers loaded shipside onto the designated vessel in a seamless operation.
Each transformer measured 8.55 x 4.55 x 4.70m with a weight of 136tn.
The company monitored all loading procedures, including:
- Longshoremen forklift operations
- Truck drivers handling SPMTs
- Stevedores with careful movement of cargo onto vessel
- Vessel operator also monitoring lashing, dunnage, wedging, bracing & blocking
