ATS Netherlands with Oversized Multimodal Shipment to Bangladesh

ATS Netherlands are pleased to report on a recent project they recently handled from Germany to Chittagong in Bangladesh.
When ATS Netherlands received the request for this movement, it turned out that another forwarder had been offered but rejected the project.
It proved a major challenge for ATS Netherlands to match the existing quotation, but after performing the necessary research they managed to provide their customer with the desired shipping method with CMA-CGM.
They used a single 20" flat rack (5.2 meter width), as well as three 40" flat racks (4.6 meter width). Most of the cargo was from shippers in Germany - where the cargo travelled initially by barge to Rotterdam, before being loaded directly onto the flat racks.
"During the night, we transported the loaded flat racks by road transport to the export terminal, where everything will leave for Bangladesh."
