ATS Netherlands were honoured to handle a beautiful project involving the transport of a 28m racing boat mast for the Swiss Alinghi Red Bull team.

This mast was handmade in Auckland, New Zealand and flew over with Singapore Airlines in a 747 aircraft, arriving at Amsterdam Airport.

This job required specific organisation due to the sheer length of the mast and ATS Netherlands were assisted with airport operations by their air agent at Schiphol.

ATS Netherlands managed this challenge efficiently, lifting and loading the mast carefully onto a truck with the final total transport length measuring around 35m.
